oh yeah.. sadly, we just got saddled with a new duh-rector of corporate services who believes in "lowest quote" for everything...hell! last time, a half-baked attempt at something by a company vs a fantastic mock-up and a great track record... difference was $100.. he questioned why we didn't use the cheaper one...

most of us, ok, all of us, can't do that...so it really riles me when someone craps about his or someone else's country of birth. i don't mind the crapping so much as that person actually takes some form of action to rectify his situation. -
