Chinchillas need feeding every day. A good quality, heavy, earthenware food bowl is essential to keep the food dry and clean, and prevent the chinchilla from tipping the food on to the floor of the cage. Their bowls must be cleaned after every use. As you will want to play with and handle your chinchilla, only give him a Treat such as a piece of apple or carrot in the morning and then give him his main meal in the evening when they are more active. They also need fresh vegetables and fresh hay every day to provide them with the fibre, vitamins and minerals they require for good health. They also need a gnawing block and safe twigs to chew to help wear down their teeth.
the answer to kb's question: YES PLEASE!

Personally I've not seen people eating char kway teow on trains....but then I don't take one frequently.
But then again, STOMP had pics of people eating just that on a train.

I love it, but I'm already past the age where I can eat it regularly and not die of a heart attack or stroke. Once a while is ok though. ![]()

the secret to good char kway teow is the addition of the bloody water from the cockles instead of the water they throw in when frying the noodles...
even my friend who doesn't eat cockles insist on the hawker doing that
strange how i like my steaks bloody, but i will NOT take bloody cockles. or bloody cockle water.
yesterday i actually saw some of those red-shirt people at the mrt station =p but not inside the mrt.
