Those are all basic deeds of courtesy that we should have all learnt since young. I find it very pathetic that we need to punish and fine people just so that they will perform good basic manners.
Unfortunately, seeing how a makcik can invoke the Name of God before pushing me from behind, I suppose it's a necessary evil. Sigh.....
