  Eh guys, where can I get really really delicious roasted pork? Not the whole pig.. duh..

  Gonna get  the pork and some beers on thurs after the stitches been removed from the wisdom tooth regions for a celebration.. real food

  It is easy

  Just marinade with 5 spice and salt and than roast it in the oven

  To get the crispy skin, after you roast halfway, you need to prick the skin so that the skin will fry in it's own oil while roasting

   

  You need to buy Skin on Belly though. There is this special tool for pricking the skin but those fish scales scaler thingy...u know the ones which looks like it was lots of nails hammered into a handle...that works too

  you got to marinate and then prepare it well..

  then got to roast it properly in a dry oven to make it crisp..

  then you gotta serve it quickly to prevent it from becoming soft again

  I'm using the brand with a Polar Bear in front for the rum. Brand starts with 'B'

  Can't remember what's it called now. LOL
