  I am feeling the over heatedness from a dive trip. Feeling like .... constipation with double the heatiness in the tummy and head.

   

  Anything i can drink or eat? Damn uncomfortable....

  Also, I am still having the motion from the boat. Feeling damn funny. Occasionally i will rock my body. Any ideas how to get rid of this sympton soon?

  Oh yah.... It's the MLY at work.....
