  He cut one piece of Perspex so badly that two opposite sides are badly jagged.... thing is, I need to apply chloroform to both sides for attachment to other Perspex pieces. I need flat surfaces for that!

  Then the countersinks for the screw holes are so shallow that the countersunk screw heads stick out a lot! I might as well just use pan head screws!

  Drink lots of water, preferably room temperature.  Sip, not gulp.

  Lean your back straight against a wall and put one foot square flat onto the floor.  If you are lying on your back on a bed.  Same thing, put down a foot and place it flat on the floor.

  Drink some orange juice with a fizzy orange tablet infused in it & suck on a sweet before you stand up to do anything.
