he's woken me up twice over this.. the first time i showed him that i used google to find the thing...
2nd time ask me what the URL was...
anyway, got to bear with it.. he's asked the same questions ever since i put in MS Word on my computer with Windows 3.1 in 1995... until today.. same questions every few days.. but MS Word has been essentially unchanged since the first generation of MS Office for Windows

To be fair, I apply large-sized adhesive Handyplast over my nipples before going for long distance runs and extended outfield trainings.
I've gotten nipple abrasions before. No kidding.
That said, I hope that really is his reason....

You might want to buy one of those special belts for pinning your race bib on to if you're experiencing that. Running Lab should have it.
