I called Bedok camp just now, trying to schedule a make-up session for my IPT since there's a good chance I might miss the upcoming one.....
From morning till now, the PTI said that the system was down, and they couldn't do any rescheduling or anything like that today......

things don't seem to be going well for you this week. -
Oh, and the ministry still hasn't set me my once-every-six-months stipend!
They promised to credit it into my bank account in early August. It's already 14th August.... just how 'early' is that?
And I shot an email to my liaison there yesterday morning, asking for the status of my stipend.... still no reply up till now!
I'm living off my savings now! #&^#$*#$......
