i was "stoned" the moment i got up! was tired and totally demotivated during this morning's gym workout and throughout the day. plus, i've been forbidden to go for my training run this evening.ok, on a serious note, i think i'm burning out.

I finally sorted thru a lot of stuff.
Those that have logos and cannot be recycled as gifts....
And those without logos, that can be sold, recycled as gifts or keep for home display and so on.
I merely kapoh-ed the 10 sets of forks knives & spoons and the 4 sets of plates and bowls & two pails. Which is seriously not much!

as far as I could tell, I seemed to be the only local around ... there were koreans (a lot of them nowadays eh), an african chap, a man I thought was local until he picked up his phone and started babbling korean .... two japanese housewives .... a bunch of ah tiongs, and another bunch of those snotty expat indian type ....even the staff, there's this cashier I was hoping to be a local aunty until she opened her mouth ...

goverment departments are not supposed to be "productive" ... that's an oxymoron, but no sacarsm intended, what would ISO9000 do for the warfighting abilities of the SAF BMTC for example, I have no idea ..... but of course, some chap probably got an extra crab for ginning up that idea ....

I still remember my NS days, SAF could get all those ISO or whatever nonsense is all because of pre-audits by MINDEF DXOs. If not I think SAF or MINDEF is the black sheep of all civil serviceEven resource planning for this year's NDP was really cmi. One vendor tat dun have e capability ended up got the contract and later sub contract it to others to do. quick profit made out of tax payers $$
