Best detox is drink at least 8 glasses of water a day la
Seriously. Raw garlic will screw you if you have a sensitive stomach. Can cause yr stomach acid to go haywire and you will likely start suffering from gastric reflux :P

my thoughts are that if you're eating healthly, you probably have no need for any of these stuff since your body is processing waste or detox-ing efficiently. -

Dairy Farm overtook NTUC Fairprice to be number one. Number three turns out to be Sheng Siong. Number four being Taka
Wa, Isetan & Taka's turnover really differs a lot today, w/ Isetan lagging deep

I think Sheng Siong is going to overtake NTUC soon
They are so aggressive and they are trying very hard to improve their customer service too

mmm.. just now happened to be at Bt Panjang end of Upp Bt Timah Rd
Saw the road gotta be closed because of the approaching KTM train.. Ended up gotta wait for 5 mins before it arrived.
Dr M left the KTM in Singapore to create a kampung Singapore and to create an eyesore.
