The worst STOMP article.... ever.
Articles like this make me feel ashamed to identify myself as Singaporean.

maybe someone will go beat the hell out of him so much that he's become physically handicapped... then he'll appreciate it..
goodness knows he's emotionally handicapped already
The worst part was this:
"But in the erection of the overpass LTA has
chosen to prioritise the needs of the disabled and forgotten to give a
thought to the needs of the young and the able-bodied.
"Why go head over heels to cater to the needs of the minority and neglect to cater to the needs of the majority?
Even if he was only being sarcastic, he's just asking for a five-tonner to langgar into him for making such a sick, sick joke.
Stomp is lagging for me
Maybe my pc doesn't want to see dumb news
Lol i feel like starting some fish posts again but i think no one will be interested in reading them
Ok I just saw the news
WTF man
If he is able bodied what is wrong with walking a little further
Maybe he is some fat slob who needs some exercise
goodnight everyone..
have a great day tomorrow ![]()
I'm home at last. My first oil painting will be considered abandoned for the time being. Will upload photos soonish...knackered now.

Oh no, l've been out of the house since 7 in the morning. I spent 90 min +3 hours last week and 5 hours today (including class) working on it.
Staying on your feet is probably the most physically tirin aspect but that's about it. It's actually quite relaxing and therapeutic even as you pore over the colour and tone choices.
The pic is up... I have a presentation to work on for Thursday so I'll nap until 4.
fuck, won't all these fucking property agents leave us alone?!(*^%$#@ every other day some fucker will call trying to convince my parents to sell.

property would still be booming, trust me .....
why ?
1. Singapore's population target is not reached yet, it's still growing, all the time .... all these chaps have to stay somewhere, and with all the rich foreigners around, private properties remain the only option.
2. After the bank investment scams and scandals, where would be the safest place for people to park their money, to invest ? no one would trust banks and financial derivatives again, where else but properties ? and there ARE a lot of cash rich people in Singapore.
3. The goverment can't intervene, really ... sure, they are worried, but at long as there are real and fundamental drivers for the boom, and the two points above are real drivers, they can't do much and they know it.
I'm taking my CEHA papers in october ... that's how convinced I am ....
it is booming .. in fact, property prices have risen so much ever since the downturn ..
and there are so many new condos going up for sale ...
i think its a bubble .. might burst and prices will drop in the near future ..
u're the 3rd person i know who wants to take that paper to be property agent ![]()

lets hope it burst and prices drop.....
it may cool down a bit, but I think prices would stay up, unless we see something big externally ......
