Nabei today I read in Bloomburg that my soybean prices may double!But I'm taking it with a pinch of salt coz the reasons cited are based on reasons I know from 2 mths ago

u're the 3rd person i know who wants to take that paper to be property agent
it's not an easy cup of tea, almost daily, you read of how many agents there are in Singapore, tens of thousands, and 1700 property agencies !!!!! .....plus the paperless ones .....
but ..... it's a back up plan ...... always good to have extra qualifications under the belt neh ....

I think you will make better money as a forklift driver or a trailer driver :x
And there is a shortage for these drivers unlike the overflooded property and insurance market, which is why MPB actually took up a forklift driver and trailer license

My folks got asked by an Indian family at our doorstep. They told folks they willing to pay high cash.....Folks ignored them....Coz if we sell, where we gonna stay.... =__="

you don't need a CEHA cert to become a property agent, I'm going for the full paper set, not the MCQ tikam one .... that would qualify me to run my own realty firm the next time, who knows ...
but I'm just waiting for the goverment to step in and regulate the industry .... right now it's a cowboy's town .... but not everyone's making money as an agent, infact, I think most aren't ....
I have friends who'd call me up and asked if I'm interested in any properties .... and then 6 months later they'd be in another job, having not made a single deal .....half of Singapore's aunties are probably one sort of ERA agent or another, the other half are MLMers ....
