Don't worry, you ain't alone in the jogging dept. I didn't even attempt to jog yesterday - went straight to walking. Even that took huge willpower.

today is yellow ribbon run. A few months ago i THOUGHT abt taking part... i guess that's a start.. just.. thinking.. abt it... heeheee -

food, i gorged myself silly for one week...like i was in Danshui Old Street facing the sea, i ate da chang bao xiao chang basically glutinous rice wrap sausage, then my colliks point out must eat the scrambled quail eggs, an ice cream which stands up until ur forearm length, smelly beancured but grilled one etc etc
scenery, omg scenery from taipei 101 is so nice, can see whole taipei and the mountains surrounding it, and danshui where you can see the harbour and sunset
the food is very very good. i gained 5kg for a 7-day stay there....!!
