  Started IPT tonight by covering 1.5mi in 11:34. I was panting audibly on the last of the 6 laps. I'm in much better shape than I was a year ago but I could do with a Hog's Breath prime rib too.

  i only had 1 bak chang at 3am (before i had 3 hours rest), drink water....

  only 1 bread/peanut butter/butter and a few mouth of thickandcreamy bush honey yogurt, then 3-in-1 kopi.

  reach home at 8pm (taxi home again) and had curry chicken, rice, vege..:) lovely..

  now..talking to supplier and uk office..

  haiz...

   

   

  but on the other hand, think BONUS AND HOLIDAYS...!!!

  aww... 5 years ago, i could jog 5km without trouble.. and a 2.4km for less than 13min (for an old auntie like me)..

  now ask me to chase after bus, i am panting like no tmr

  My IPPT window is open till nov next year, and you guessed it, I'm gonna wait till the last minute.

  A little conked-out now....spent my whole day studying about Pakistan and Nepal and Bhutan....

  Man, how I hate history.

  my 1st RED MARK on my report book, was my HISTORY paper during Sec 1..

  i remember i get less than 10/100.

  Its the "critical analysis" I can't stand!

  And I hate memorising. I use logic to study which history clearly lacked.
