I have to agree with that, even if the value of the flat goes up by that much, it's still a big opportunity cost.
Tonight's race should be fun - it's Interlagos after all. Rain is expected to fall late in the proceedings again.

one of my friends in Melbourne just went on a 210km cycle around the bay there today...
this guy goes on 100km rides when he can during the weekends

it constituted assault..
and if you report it properly, you can get the child removed from the parents as they have shown that they are unable to control and do not want to control the child..
i have made statements like that to parents in a very calm manner and they knew i would do so...
but if you know who the parents are, you can make a police report against them..

oh yes.. and if you do make that report, it is within your rights to demand that the child be tested for diseases which can be spread through bites.. by saying that you want to make sure that you are not affected by any incidental diseases the brat is carrying...
you can demand that the child be tested for HIV, rabies, hepatitis and a lot other things.. and all that costs will have to be borne by the parents.. and you will be given access to the results of the tests..
