I feel that Garfield comic strips have been declining in quality over the years..... but really, without his thought bubbles, the comic strips become incredibly good.....

When you think about it..... this is precisely Garfield's world from the viewpoint of Jon..... because Jon really can't read Garfield's thoughts.
It makes Jon look like a really sad, sad dweeb who talks to his cat.

yes~
its like the data plan for singtel doesn't make sense.
the only place where i would sit down to surf will be at places with wireless@sg, not while i'm walking or riding.
its way cheaper for the ipod touch compared to the iphone... plus i don't have to convert to a plan which i never used in the first place!

I find it quite ironic that I spent most of my NS with long hair but am now forced to make my bmt hairstyle permanent. -

I've always wondered when the SAF stopped calling your last day of NS the "run-out date" (ROD) and started referring to it as the "operationally ready date" (ORD).
I ROD'd in '88, by the way. Boy, do I feel old...

the most ridiculous had to be the time just before a full dress rehearsal in number 1. Our no. 1 was white and so strict instructions were passed down forbidding underwears that were not white.That night the fellas drank themselves silly, and went on a raid, looking for people who wore non-white undies. They opened my curtain, pulled down my pants before I could open my eyes, stared at my undies and said: Ok, white. Have a good sleep.

i remember back at my workplace, we ripped off the fellas underwear just because we felt like doing it.
