  that day i took mrt at Raffles Place ..change train to tanjong pagar..

  the train was about to leave raffles place when suddenly..the pipe in speaker announced : "yes, what is the matter, do you need help..?"

  then ding dong ding dong... "somebody will come help u"

   

  i was stucked in train for more than 5mins ..

   

  "......manual..go manual.." a few times announced.

   

  ding dong ding dong... train resumed.. no announcement, no apology..
