  Finally APEC is over, TP stand down at by 1730 from tat special lane.

  Honestly there's lots of things that can learn from and improve for the next such MICE

  Improve? As long as the delegates and heads-of-state had a smooth trip and went home happy, everything is peachy.

  no, it was a mess. They were to enthu on clearing their hotel shuttles that it created more jam for SBS buses. tat time 15 - 25 SBS buses occupying all 3 lanes of Nicoll Highway for a good 25 mins. the traffic mgmt plan was terrible, as they did not manually control the junction. So when the lights went green, the whole traffic cycle was dedicated to the 6 buses slowly forming up into the APEC lane

  at the same time, SMRT decided not to serve Marina Ctr for good ytd, leaving passengers stranded. Not to say they didn't bother to deploy staff at the bus stop. So 1 poor ger ended up asking e SBS inspector who told her to take 111 or 162M to Orchard Rd to board Sv 171

  I think some of the apec guests(or their friends and relatives) were having some sort of a party at my friend's condo in bukit timah last night. there were like 3 police cars, 2 police vans parked in the carpark and uniformed and plainclothese police were crawling all over the place. and they were still there when I left at around midnight.

  what you need to do..is to pass that recipe to someone who's willing to do it for you. figure one cake is enough to feed you for a week's worth of breakfast.
