Just avoid Cafeteria Il Lido... LOL. Pastamania makes tortellini only but it is cheaper.
Try the cafe at Tanglin Mall called Caffe Beviamo, serving may be a bit small and it costs $15+ but it's nice. Spaggedies is there too.
