A few things about the juices - most off-the-shelf juices have added sugar, use concentrates and have no fibre. You need the pulp as well or else lots of nutrients go to waste.

there was a maniac with the surname Loo during my stint..
his idiocy knew no bounds.. during an emergency activation of the ambulance, he was the duty medic but an unwritten rule was that the closest 3 medics to the ops room/ambulance jump into the ambulance with the MO and the ambulance would then race to the airfield.. this was to decrease reaction time in case duty medics go do other things like go to the toilet and stuff..
so the ambulance was about to race off, he jumps onto the tailboard and holds on.. we see it and radio for the ambulance to stop... the 2nd MO barks out an order for him to get the hell off the ambulance before he's killed... he jumps off and the ambulance races off...
he gets 7 extras for that..
by the time he ROD'ed he still owed about 20 extra duties.. he was never seen outside during the weekends for his whole NS stint because of all the stupid things he did which made up clock up extras
