This McShit thing reminds me of the inane bauble event at Changi Airport.
Every half-hour at Terminal 3, people wait under the huge bauble to get a pink ping-pong ball. They do retarded things like crowding the space for 15 minutes and blocking the pipe that it comes out from, just so that they can get the coveted ball that can be redeemed for... wait for it... a neck pillow, a towel or a lock.
Someone should go inflict some pain on these people who forsake their own health and sanity and buy McShits just for the tokens. Some people just threw away piping hot food after getting their meals during the Hell Kitty craze.

the health screening sure went off on an unpromising note. my BP was recorded at 130/89 (I wonder if that was a result of interval training this morning and last night) and the guy at the BMI station said I was overweight. wonder what the blood test results will show up.

Your BP is a bit on the high side .. But not too high also la. normal range is abt 120??
Yesterday i was learning how to take blood pressure and blood sugar ..
My own BP is 110/70 .. my blood sugar after dinner is 6.8

wah...my BMI is borderline on the wrong side.. BP is 130/80 and the cholesterol, surprise surprise, was ALL in the desirable range!

the thing is, my BP is measured every time I visit my doctor for flu or whatever. its been 120/80 for the last 2 years! (most recent reading about 2 months ago)
I'll go get it measured again next week.

my story is that i had high BP at around 160/110 for some time..
it fell dramatically to normal levels when i took the conscious decision to totally not give a shit anymore at work..
it fell to the current normal levels almost within a week and has stayed there ever since..
apathy at work is good for health
