heartrate quite slow = physically fit..
however, BP low = something is screwed...

slow heart beating is a sign of fitness. Good atheletes all have low heart rate.

Its ok one. They're actually quite impressed with the weight loss. Besides I'm talking about short sessions lasting no more than 4 to 5 minutes. I'm not doing some 1 hour workout during office hours ok. ![]()
