I changed mine several months before it was due to expire.
I seriously don't understand people..... put off something important until the last minute, and then KPKB that the queues are long..... same goes with the new ezlink card.

going on holiday on thursday, so they schedule it so that they come collect it this week...last week was exactly the same.. all schedule to collect it on the 1st day of the school holiday

I was looking at another clock when I was studying and working on some stuff!
And I completely mistake my timing!
I just missed my afternoon apointment and they just called me.
The stupid clock was slow! Or it looks like it stopped working!

basically, i asked them to give me back the access to read my camera with the PC
the guy tells me they did not revoke my rights but there was a hardware failure in the servers, to try again today..
today, i try again, still no access
so i tell them, no access..
the guy tells me they did not revoke the access
i tell them so you didn't revoke, but i can't access.. get it fixed
they tell the FM that the access wasn't revoked and "log a case with the FM to connect the camera"
the FM calls me and tells me they cannot do anything until it's approved..
i tore into them asking them if it wasn't "approved" why is it they asked them to connect the goddamned camera?!!
they said to connect is not approval..
so i wrote to the guy to tell him to give his "express approval" for the connection..
wtf??
all i asked was to set the effing camera access..
it's dragged on for 2 whole days already and nothing is done yet except they created a bunch of emails and pissed me off

that's why i said tough. no where else you can catch it? or you've a date waiting for you there?
brutal way is to ram your way in...not preferable.
this week is a short week for me! only thing in the way for an easy day is a difficult conference call in 5. haiz.

Only Tamp and Bishan... both same time... But my friend is pregnant so she cant go places too far away from her home... her baby due next month so also not convinent to ask her go elsewhere...think i'm going to rush for it... leave office 15 mins earlier...

back from conference call; not as agonizing as i thought it would be.
i wish i could leave the office early enough to watch a show but i've never been able to do this. ok, maybe except one time...think it was LOTR years ago...9 pm (or something show) and because it was long movie, it got draggy towards the end and i nearly fell zzz.

i'm not so zzz eventhough i didnt get enough shuteye and i'm dead tired - it's just that i've so much fires to put out. the adrenalin and the constant wanting-to-scream-at-the-other-party is keeping me up.
