  My vegetarian diet was totally TOTALLY ruined!

  I was so guilty, that I tried skipping rope at my downstairs badminton court.  But couldnt skip past number 25 jump.  Sigh.......

  Need to re-detox and start the whole vegetarian thing again.

  63.4kg for a 1.52metre height.....am seriously badly overweight.
