  At least Iceland can count on tourism... Dubai has few attractions that aren't artificial.

  And Iceland has virtually limitless geothermal energy reserves....

  Dubai's oil, on the other hand, will run out someday.

  And instead of spending their bucketloads of dosh on things like economic diversification, healthcare, and education, you see dumb projects like all those artificial islands and the world's tallest building....

  might still be able to attract tourist anyway.

  + history and business students can take field trips there to study in locale one of the greatest fiscal stupidity of the decade?

  actually dubai has no oil. they are the only one in that region who's not sitting on any minerals. yeah makes you wonder how investors bought into their story of financial wealth based on their dream of creating and being a "world class financial hub".

  awww...it's busier than last monday... i saw the sales report, OMG, i black out liao..  luan hah, 1.5week and i can just go for a long holiday...!!

  so now in ROC know Uni, Wei Quan & Evergreen are real big corporations

  My bus ride from Taipei Intl Airport to Taipei City was onboard Evergreen's bus service

  going to have a good time..

  eat a lot of crab, sea urchin, seafood, maybe some horse...

  take some pictures, soak in hot springs, eat some more...

  go do some shopping...

  yeah.. we will have a smashing time!!  

  after that, i'll be getting ready for the potluck.. got stewed eggs, braised duck and a slab of pork to prepare
