Come to think of it, the people run to the crashed cars like when you throw the pipe bomb in Left For Dead and the Infected rush to the bomb.

have you recovered from scsm? someone once told me it takes approx 1 recovery day per mile -

Anyway, my leg cramps have recovered, but my legs feel like deadweight when I go jogging these days.
I've been limiting myself to 3 short runs per week since the SCSM - it's pretty true that it takes four weeks for full recovery to take place. Since 42.2 clicks == 26.2 miles.... yeah, that fella is more or less correct.
So from now till next early year, I'm limiting myself to short runs.

short runs = 21km?btw, did you see the article in straits times a few days back re 2 marathons/SAA and SCC or something? looks like there'll be 3 marathons next year.
