The one opposite HMV is now open (Mesclun's). A little expensive for a big soupbowl full of veggies ($6.50 - $11), quite nice but I'm hungry now. Off to Whopper Bar later.
what &*(&(*&(#@ security clearance do you need to get a num pad anyway? It's supplied by them and giving it to you don't add any security risk. Except maybe you throwing it at some one.....
My mom's starting to to treat me like some housefly, every time she sees me in the kitchen, she scrambles to cover the food.![]()

i was dittering between salad or soup for lunch when my secretary asked if i wanted anything; end result i said no thank you thinking of sticking to oatmeal. wrong choice - put too much water and the oatmeal didn't look appetizing at all.

The Battle Mug

Battle Mug starts as a 13.5 pound solid block of 6061 T6 billet aluminum before it enters a state of the art CNC facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This facility produces specialized parts and equipment for the U.S. Department of Defense, majorweapons manufacturers, NASA, and a host of other companies working at the U.S. Rocket and Space Center.
Built to military specifications, Battle Mug features a M1913 rail interface system which allows the operator to mount a standard issue M4 carry handle, tactical light, laser device, holographic sight (we call them “beer goggles”) or even a bayonet for close quarters, high risk operations.
Each individually serialized Battle Mug features Mil-Spec Type III anodizing and a crenelated base and is built with the operator in mind.
Whether you are fighting drug lords deep inside the jungles of Colombia, stomping out Al Qaida terrorists in Falluja Iraq, or eradicating no-good hippies in Berkeley, California…
Battle Mug is built to take the abuse and will be there to offer you a frosty 24oz. reward once the mission is complete.
Oh, tell you guys something
During lunch, me and colleague went to starbuck(located at the ground floor of our office tower) to order coffee for our tea-break tomorrow.
Me : Hi(with a smile, the counter gal looked up with a straight face), can I order 8 Dark Berry Mocha ice-blended, 5 coffee of the day and 2 hot toffee nut mocha. Can you deliver to our office tomorrow at 3.30pm ? xxx company...thank you!!!
Counter staff : ....... (straight face looking at her register)
Me : (Waiting to pay up)
Counter staff : ....... (frown)
Me : Err....you want me to repeat my order ?
Counter saff : (shake head)..... Total $xxx
Me hand over the cash to the gal, took the receipt and walk off to look at the starbuck accessories....
A group of australian ladies went up the counter and guess what, the gal who served us just now, greeted the group of australian ladies with a BIG SMILE and "Good afternoon, may i help you?"
We watched the counter gal served the group of australian with smile, "thank you", "its ok, take your time", "oh, maybe you can try this..."
Me and my colleage went "WTF"...
Double standard lor....
We told ourselves, this will be the last time we will order from them....![]()

It was senior management asking for info wanted by those above them. PUA CB. I just sent it. It's probably not 100% accurate but I don't give a shit at this point.
