  was 55kg (way, underweight, cos work from 10am till 4am almost everyday) in year 1996

  was 60kg in year 2004

  was 68kg in year 2007

  was 74kg in year 2009

  now 68kg and trying to attain a better weight ...  jiayu!!!

  need to get ready for the big backpacking journey next year...
