a quite fix would be either zooming out to 50% and a quite scroll up and down to check for missing rows... Hmmm... PPT 2007 is giving me abit of problem... I'm used to the old 2003 version -___- Took me 20-30 mins b4 I found where's the master slide... apparently, it's called slide master in version 2007... Microsoft trying to be funny?

ehh can actually but nvm...A faster way would be finding a column with absolute required info (ie: Invoice no, assignment no, NRIC, etc)... then click on the top of the column and press CTRL+Downarrow... U'll automatically go to the last entry before a the next entry which is blank... if there's blank rows, u'll see it...
U can go make a spreadsheet 1x100 filled with "apples" then delete 1 of the apple in column let's say A49, then when u select A1 and press CTRL+DownArrow U'll end up at A48 instead of A100...
