  I succumbed and ate fast food after exercise cos it's easier to eat while walking. Some one needs to come up with healthy food that's suitable to be eaten on the go.

  sitting down means you can savour your meal, not necessarily a bad thing. and it helps with not overeating and digestion.

  i am going to courts and take a look bah.. those shops in neighbourhood din carry much brand... difficult to compare too :(

  can savour meal while walking also mah. savour is use taste buds in mouth. Not legs.

  Over-eat not really a concern cos I would eat about the same amount.

  edit: I tried eating chye peng while walking before. very hard and need to go slow. + might bump into pple =(

  pinky, is e harsh weather affecting any of your cargo shipment?

  cos been hearing tis mth PSA is expecting lower vol cos of e weather in PRC & Europe.

  not cursing la, but I fear there's going to be congestion and backlog once e ports are back in ops. Somemore we're a transhipment port.

  But nvm la, PSA is always expanding. Pasir Panjang is getting another 16 more berths in e coming 2 yrs, but I dunno is it because there's new volumes coming
