u know everytime like got argument between the bangladeshi workers and the bus driver and the driver is also foreign worker but he's from china so i'm kinda amazed how they argue when they can't communicate....

Alrdy SBS only has 38% Singaporean driver. I think M'sians make up 42% and PRC driver makes 20%.
and noticed lots of young lady drivers these days also

Oh! Oh!! Didcha know that just a few weeks ago, I dreamt that I was in this monster container truck, learning how to drive?
I was FEROCIOUS! I did those frantic arm movements when you're doing a tight turn in those bigass trucks and damn... it was so much fun! 
In my dreams, a friend was following closely behind in a small car yelling out instructions to me but was I heeding them? ... Nosiree!! I just drove my kickass big-momma truck and everytime I stepped on the accelerator, there was this gratifying HISSSS!! sound that shuddered through the entire truck! AWESOME!! -
