  i have already bought it. they do sell the pedometer by itself but only the iphone 3GS or 2nd gen touch have the inbuilt receiver. I'm using 4th gen. so i guess we can just buy the pedometer again when our batteries die off.

   

  its available both at the nike flagship store at wisma and epicentre.

  i bought mine at wisma, cheaper by abit. i have my own armband which is compatible with my ipod even with the receiver on. so infrastructure wise i am all ready to go man. alright good to hear from u. thanks!

  just ate some "buar kee" or pickled mangrove crabs...

  i haven't had that for over 25 years!

  mom and i ate it all then i realised i should have take pictures... oh well..

  they're from Hatyai i think.. neighbours bought some and gave the stuff to us.. we had to "re-treat" them coz they salted the crabs instead of putting them in dark soy, chilli and garlic... we had to soak the salt out then soak them in soy before putting the whole lot into vinegar...

  saw the sea bass...

  steamed, get some oil, heat the oil to obscene temperatures, throw in some spring onions, garlic and shallots... take the oil throw over the steamed bass... yumm!!

  had wanted to release it ... wild seabass are pretty rare in singapore waters nowadays.

  tossed back a few smaller critters, but this fellow got a set of treble hooks latched onto the side of the jaw, by the time I got it out, it's stopped flopping around already.

  i received a comment from a fellow biz kakis...

  "i walked pass the stall where we always had the yummy porridge and raw fish.. it was closed down, i immediately thought of u.. hehehehe....."   

   

  guess we have to find a new venue for our makan gathering :)

  ........wat a day to start work...

  flatfish is great ..... locally you can only get flatfish fishing offshore .....

  someone told me of a tiger grouper lurefishing spot .... gonna get off pass from fatumnette this weekend to go try .... v

  yummy porridge and raw fish... I used to eat mee kia and raw fish in the morning at the old chinatown market when it was still ouside outram MRT... but now shifted back to chinatown smith street le...
