I AM in the US.
I haven't eaten at a Carl's Junior yet because the kitchen I went to was filthy. There are better (and bigger) burgers from Hodad's, grilled chicken meals from KFC and the Greek diner near my house makes fresher burgers than In-N-Out (which I've also had). 
I've also been eating healthy besides fast food and Mexican - lots of sandwiches, spinach salads, homecooked pasta made from scratch and yoghurt with massive apples and fresh berries.
