cheer up. it's the weekend.
the water rationing in Batu Pahat, Kluang, Mersing wun affect us.
They've themselves to blame for relying only on 1 water source to survive.
looks like AirAsia lost out against Tiger Airways.
The latter got RWS's contract for chartered plane services. AirAsia's boss had talked of tying up w/ RWS using the M'sian link (RWS's Malaysian parent).
i think Mr fernandes should concentrate on taking over a english football club now..![]()

does he have the resources to do it?? ![]()
even rich arabian sheikhs can't save them....
it's depressing over the water shortage issue.
The Malaysian Chinese press kept on mentioning, M'sia govt & M'sian never treasure the water they've.
They've been comparing our water story with themselves.

To me, the sucky thing is that if they really go kaput before the season ends, then all matches and goals involving them will be declared null and void.
Good news for teams like Liverpool (who hilariously lost to them), bad news for teams like Man U (who won both matches by large margins).

i read that a number of english clubs are also in financial distress. big chunk of expenses = players' salary etc.
the premier league is becoming a joke
wolves kena punished for fielding a weak team, when all the while the other teams do the same thing.
i kinda prefer the football before roman came in.
this scottish fella i was talking to on the plane, said that everything went downhill the day all the fellas started buying clubs for fun

maybe someone can come in and pay off the tax stuffs first and then put the club into administration, at least pompey doesn't have to close shop at least until later....sort of like what's going on at notts county now...

they've got one week to sort it out right? i think that's too short a time?
Frankly speaking..... I think the Premier League clubs are in bad financial shape now precisely because of the formation of the Premier League in the early 90s.
Back when it was just known as Division 1, all clubs in the top four divisions shared all the TV rights money together.... you didn't hear of clubs going kaput then.
Then 24-odd clubs broke away to hoard all the TV rights money for themselves by forming the Premier League.... the end result was a huge chasm between the Premiership and the Championship.
Championship teams that got promoted would often get relegated quickly because they couldn't afford to buy top players to stay in the Premiership, and Premiership teams saw their budget deficits balloon just to keep up with the others. Inflation quickly set in.
Back when I was in Primary 6 (1995), the transfer of Andy Cole from Newcastle to Man U for 7 million pounds was huge news..... now, 7 million is absolutely laughable....

i think the winding up order will keep getting extended, they've already survived once..even if they lose the contest against winding up, they will appeal or what to buy them time to find new owners
happie birthday to everyone

this will just keep morale low among the players, not knowing what's gonna happen...resulting in slack performance...leading to lower gate collections/tv viewership...cycle continues

even within the premier league, u have the champions league teams who will get lagi more money
the rich get richer, the poor get poorer.
they should just swap back to the old European cup where every european nation's champion get to play, not 2nd or 3rd or 4th.
but then, they wouldn't earn loads of money... because money wise, i rather get all the top teams in and use their fan base to earn money
