  I usually will wake up... Blink blink abit... walk ard abit and I'll be fine... or maybe it's becoz it's always regular at the same fixed time of the day...?

  I usually have about 1-1.5 hour nap in the weekends, coz I wake up very early, so i get tired in the afternoon ..

  And no, I don't feel groggy after I wake up.. unless I was woken up abruptly. However, sometimes, I'll try to wake up but then my body's still in the sleep mode..

  that's about my usual weekend afternoon nap hours too, unless i'm away in another city - where i'll be too busy walking about etc.

  but i definitely have my coffee+snack after my nap - seems to wake me up.

  seems that the admin closed the main topic about it... for what reason i dunno...

  the guy decided to have a rant against the admins... and what is "fair" and not... like i can do anything about it...

  i like the canned coffee with a toy on top of the can.. i got one in Japan.. just for the toy..

  i think weekday crowds are bearable; weekends are crazy. i couldn't even squeeze thru the aisles and we're talking my size here. in the end, i gave up and went home.

  its quite ok when I go after work, if I work late I purposely go after 8:30pm to buy half price sushi

  on saturday too..

  coz for NETS, they get hit with a percentage of the cost of the thing..

  and same for credit or debit cards..

  cash = they just bank in the $$$

  because they want to max their profits, esp when they are operating on paper thin margins. one shop I know sells audio equipment worth tens of thousands and they take only cash. same with the camera shop I go to.
