  I've tried the viet drip coffee below my tower le... Apparently both the guys operating there are local, maybe authentic viet... $1.50 for hot without milk...

  The shop name is: Dip And Drip (or something like tat)

  Aroma = 2/5 (weak aroma... nthing to boast abt... maybe becoz not hot enuff...)
  Body = 5/5 (Very full bodied, was rather plesantly surprised)
  Acidity = 1/5 (Weak acidity)

  Quite good stuff~ Slight notch down from Java Arabicians from Coffee Club but it's considerably cheaper~~!!!

  Pro: Very full bodied even without milk (I no like my cofee with milk >_> Unless it's cold), low acidity... It taste rather potent though, u might wanna skip it if U're controling ur caffine intake...

  Con: Even though it's raining and the whole area is freezing, the coffee isn't just hot enuff... Heck, I couldn't even see the steam from the coffee... Apparently those 2 guys keep telling me to wait and wait and they seemed super anxious to me... I dun mind them taking abit longer if it's good quality U know...  -___-

  i dislike luke-warm coffee. It either should be very hot or cold ..

  Including arapaimas, red tail catfish and yes alligator gar is very very common

  Our local reservoirs also have alligator snapping turtles and full grown matamatas

  me too... it shld be steaming hot...

  Maybe I could feedback to them when I off work today... Coz they seemed anxious to not make me wait for so long, although I told them i'm okay with waiting... However, I've nv tried viet drip coffee b4 so I dunno if this is the normal temp or shld it be steaming hot like any other coffee...

   our reservoirs have snapping turtles ?!?!?

  those could really break ur limbs with their jaws... heck, I've seen b4 them breaking whole raddish like machiam eating thin carrot sticks...

  Ya but you usually don't get to see them coz they are ambushing their prey at the bottom of the reservoir

  Got both common and alligator

  I seen the common one before

  anyway, i now have 2 probs - the freaking cash flow model - i think there's something wrong but can't figure out where.

  second prob - client backed outta deal. boss is almost screaming.

  I think there might be since it was a pretty common monster fish that some people keep

  No idea to be honest but I think our reservoirs make a really scary dive

  I only know for sure there are gars, arowanas, stingrays, arapaimas, redtail catfish, giant snakehead, African Lungfishes in our local waters if you really want to talk about monster fishes
