I really just want to get back to my army peak fitness levels when I was 61kg and didn't have this damn gut sticking out.....
... but those last two kilos just don't seem to want to go!
i think the focus should just be on fitness rather than the absolute weight
i'll die if i focus on the latter which is why i never weigh myself. yes, i made the mistake of stepping on the weighing machine 2 weeks ago and got stressed out about being underweight.

I just look skinny. Really.
My clothes hide a gut that sticks out, and I have relatively large thighs.
Come on.... I'm just four kilos lighter than av!

Actually I do agree that fitness level is more important
So far I’ve been doing the hot yoga and I see really slim people stopping halfway because they can’t take the exercise anymore
The only time I stopped halfway was when I had too heavy a breakfast and felt like throwing up (though I ate like 2 hrs ago!). Haha
Btw I really like the Long John Silver Texas Chicken Breakfast. It’s 100x better than the McDonald’s Big Breakfast :x

Yeah, I know..... it's just that I have a projecting gut, and that isn't exactly something healthy to have, either.....
I just want to go back to my combat medic days when I was 61 kilos and didn't have a projecting gut even after a heavy meal..... my abs were really strong enough to hold my gut back.
Been doing crunches every night..... I figure I should be doing something to strengthen the core muscles. After all, core-strengthening can only help me with my running.

Oh yeah.... I do elbow bridges too.....
I'm wondering whether I should do some Pilates.....
Just back from meeting... There's no signs of delegation of work from the staff that's going to be xfered... Seems like his partner will take over his stuff too... poor guy -___-
Arrowed my manager when director asked abt our project progress... Was shocked that we went from 1 month ahead of schedule to nearly 3 weeks behind schedule... But at least most of the higher ups admited the proposal and approving all jammed up somewhere...
Seems like licensing side will also be cooperating more on their end... It's like 1 big family, but 2 groups working towards the same goal...
Such a fruitful meeting... Today deserved a good lunch~ ![]()

It's only after doing Yoga that I realised how much my body has stiffened over the years >.<"
after not doing Pilates.. and doing the stretches nightly, i've realised how stiff my back is each night...
I feel a lot better, and I actually feel lighter (though no actual weight loss) and also much more alert after doing Yoga
I don’t feel tired as easily anymore and I actually look forward to going to the studio to exercise (usually I’m too lazy)
So far I’m making the effort to go there twice if my time allows, 3 times a week
It’s only an hour each time but it’s a huge improvement from my totally no exercise at all lifestyle.
i feel better going for RT
maybe because i get paid ![]()

Because boozing plays an important role in every child's cognitive development, there's now a line of Hello Kitty wines. Gotta catch 'em all! SHUT UP I KNOW MY FRANCHISES. The varietals:
Mmmm, I do love me some pinot noir. Bottles run between $20 and $30 and might actually be worth trying.

This is what Patrick from Spongebob Squarepants would look like in real life: scary as f***. No wonder the best friend he could score is an overalls clad sponge. I mean, that's a face a mother can't even love.

- Hello Kitty Sparkling Brut Rosé - A deep reddish pink sparkling rose made from 100% Pinot Noir that has a frothy mousse as well as a pretty nose of rose petal and red currant scents.
- Hello Kitty Sparkling "Sweet Pink" (Half Size) - This semi-sweet sparkler sports a pale pink hue and has very delicate bubbles.
- 2008 Hello Kitty Angel White - This is a fresh, very "blanc" white wine made entirely from Pinot Noir free run juice.
- 2006 Hello Kitty Devil Red - Garnet red with brickish highlights, this is a classically rendered Pinot Noir that presents a seductive bouquet of wild flowers and forest aromas.

Thinking of doing Pilates.... I balk at the prices that Pliates instructors are charging for that, though.....
Think I'll just start with getting this Pilates program for my DS.
Heck, maybe I'll just follow the free Pilates demo videos on Youtube.

or you can take a couple of classes and then do it on your own - guess once you've the basics, it should be easy.
