i am so sleepy now it's getting ridiculous..
but there's some comic relief in the office... there's a cockroach which has been standing on the wall just above the staff lift since lunchtime.. it's too high for people to grab or swat it.. and it's making the female staff here very uneasy
a few have refused to use the staff lift

hmm....I was paying that rate when i joined fitness first.
But i quit coz at that time, i travel alot and missed lots of classes.
Last year I wanted to join back, they quoted me $189 =(
