  frankly speaking, i think all u need is rest... rest.. rest..

  go to sleep earlier say max 10pm (if u can..), enough rest, the heat will subsides..

  it's yr body who is trying to cope with your stress..

  Woah.... my throat's kaput.....

  I just taught a class for one hour..... then I spent the next hour on consultation for a couple of students.... 

  I swear I now sound like Steve Urkel wearing tight-binding underwear in a room full of helium.....
