apparently, a few of the asian gangs there specializes in poaching sturgeon ....

reservist deferments are at the discretion of the unit CO, no ?
full time studies is usually a reason for deferment lah ......
that's why for cat x new reservist units, they like to put the reservist during the school hols .... if not, lol, less than half the unit will come back ....
