while a couple (us) type into laptops, hanging out...
you see all sorts at cafes and coffeeshops
but it still beats the neighbourhood kopitiams. you see mostly old people and beggars who will approach your table and mutely hold out their hands for money. esp the kopitiams in clementi.

And I get the sense of vertigo all the time and I think the yoga poses will just kill me

what happened to those old uncles sitting down with a cup of kopi o and playing chinese chess with each other? i enjoyed watching those games, but they played at too slow a pace for me..

Yes but I stopped due to my low blood pressureAll the various poses I can't do la. KNS. Even looking at my pc screen my head spins sometimes

take abit of salt to keep pressure up...Sometimes back, I also experience vertigo every now and then but it got better after a good rest...
