MPB can cook, wash dishes, mop, vacuum, iron clothes, clean the air-con, fix things around the house, unclog the toliet, wash the toliet etc
Well of course we share the housework
I think MPB is an all-rounder la. He's also metrosexual enough to want to take care of his skin and fussy about his clothes and accessories

maybe do vegan meals for a couple of days to detox; might help with the stress and BP etc.
just a thought.
Think I’ll make grilled Radicchio with an “asian-ized” sauce topped with salmon roe
And as for my Belgian endive…… well… I guess I’ll lightly sautéed it with mushrooms
Anyway I wanted to buy radicchio coz it can be used to deworm torts

you should pass the idea to Lf - she made grilled/baked mushrooms yesterday. did suggest moussaka but she didn't have the ingridients.

Well you don't take parmesan cheese.I think it's great with aged parmesan and freshly ground black pepper n some salt to taste if you need more salt
still very hot, wait till sundown then i trot to ntuc nearby... i want no sun ..noo sun....

the few times i had it was with light salad dressing aka olive oil+black pepper - that's probably why i don't like it
any other way of "devouring" it?

I"m not sure... I guess you have to find something that goes along well with the bitter taste
I find that parmesan does well in “cancelling” out the bitterness
But then again I kind of like the bitterness
I don’t know mask it with a sauce like maybe vinegar/lemon juice, maple syrup and orange juice?
So it's more sweet?
silly thought...it's usually eaten as a salad/raw. anyone tried cooking it?

Flash Cooked Greens with Garlic & Lime
http://thevegandiet.blogspot.com/2007/10/arugula-or-rocket.html
This three-minute side dish is great for people who don’t like more strongly flavored leafy greens like kale and collards.
2 tbsps olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 tsp)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
8 cups baby spinach (about 5 oz.)
4 cups arugula leaves (about 2 bunches)
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Heat oil, garlic and pepper flakes in large skillet over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes, or until garlic is browned. Add spinach and arugula, and cook 1 minute, or until barely wilted and heated through, tossing with tongs. Remove from heat, and stir in lime juice and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, and serve. Serves 6
