They are placing signs telling ppl where e drain water goes to. In order to prevent ppl from littering and so on by taking responsibility.

i told an old lady to not throw plastic bags into the canal outside my office and i got scolded with enough obscenities which would blast chrome off a bumper

my time...(i am older than anybody here), I hate to be in the primary school choir cos the teacher thinks i cant sing.. i have to do the HEY HO HEY thingy..
then comes to secondary school, we to sing "It might be you" during the choir time (dunno why i kana send to choir group again)..
then comes JC, i kana involved in Xin Yao and sing in public.. i was trembling like jelly, i got stage fright!..

typical Singaporean behaviour. But when realise all these rubbish cause $$ to be spend onto clearing the stream leading to higher taxes or watever, ppl get scared. lolTat's why there's 'summon' needed.

hah MLTR... i attended their 1st concert here. being guests i sat in front with the rest of the invited guests..
and to my horror, the whole night i was seated in a SING ALONG CONCERT!!.
every songs, damn the people around me singing heart out.
I was so pissed that i snap at the person beside me (i dun care who is he even he is a guest too), telling him off that we were there hear the artist/group sing, not him singing, morons..!!
