the timing's from the last session .... where we did the whole thing instead of intervals ....
for 800 intervals as long as you clock 3.30-400 there shouldn't be any question of not passing.
my only problem, which has always been my problem, is SBJ .....
last time I was made to jump and jump until I cleared 234 .... then I had to make it up at other stations to get my gold. now it's a lot less ..... more than 20 kilos of extra weight.

there was this short, runty Cat Y1 fellow at RT ......
the fellow could run like the wind ! ....
for each 800m intervals he clocked just over 2 minutes for each ! ....
