actually, that's the whole idea for 2.4 .... you have to go almost flat out all the way ......
no one jogged in hendon, everyone ran like they were being chased .... even the slightly tubby senior officers ....
I witnessed the battalion commander and some of the HQ crabs chiong 2.4 once .... those chaps still had it ....

It's our roots afterall.But these days taking buses or MRT, seems tat e younger ones (borned in 1990s) rarely speak Mandarin.

my friend who was a commando told me bout the best in his platoon.. 6 mins 2.4.. he said it seemed more like a sprint then a run..
for me, my personal best was 10mins and that was when i was in sec 4..maybe with each year passed i think i have put on 1 min each..
