Then Jurong Lake/ Science Ctr tat side developing leisure style hotel n waterfront housing.
Then you've got NUS (Clementi) & NTU (Bus from Boon Lay) nearby. Now Jurong Point very big also, lots of restaurants.

well after not exercising for 3 years, your muscles, heartbeat and everything should not be stretched so fast..as long as its progressive i think he's on the right track even if it means giving up a few times.. the body needs to get used to exercising and pushing it to the limits after such a long time is not very smart either.
