In a nutshell, what they said was: Not our problem. Take your complaints to Transitlink.

I just filled out a long claim form at the Transitlink website.... but when I submitted it, I got an Error: CONFIRMATION CODE NOT PROCESSED message!
Then when I resubmitted it, they said that it was a multiple submission and refused to give me a confirmation code!
In pure fury, I wrote an ultra-long email to them demanding immediate action.
Seriously, what are the odds that they'll get back to me? I'm thinking that they'll just laugh at me and shrug me off as another whining customer.

they'll likely ignore you till you go away. probably not because they want to but because they are ordered to do so by senior management.
