btw, since when did you lose 3kg? didn't you gain back to 70kg or higher?
oh, and if that was a 1pint tub, you just ingested about 500 calories of ice cream.

very easily, I can eat a tub without blinking an eye.
that's why I was fat when I used to do stuff like that.
In other news, that Swiss jackass has been awarded three strokes of the cane.
He felt so indignant over that sentence that he now wants to appeal.
Oh good! With any luck, after appealing, the appeals judge will decide that the original sentence is too lenient and choose to double the number of strokes!

during your busy period you ate less/went for less makan outings?
there, you have your weight loss solution!

yes, the 1 pint tub looks small, but its FRIKKING HIGH in calories. there are like 1,000 calories in that small tub and you just ate half of it.

but if you overeat the rest of the time also no use.
let's do some simple math:
assuming you're 1.7m tall and 70kg and hardly exercise.
your daily caloric requirement to maintain your 70kg weight will be about 1,700 calories.
to lose weight, you'll have to eat at a caloric deficit for a sustained period of time. the maximum safe caloric deficit is 500 calories. any more than that will be harmful.
now, if you eat at a 500 calorie deficit for a week(1,200 calories daily), your weekly caloric deficit=3,500 calories, which will translate into roughly a 0.5kg weight loss.
I think your dinner plus the ice cream is already about 1,000 calories.
also take note that as you lose weight, your daily caloric requirement will also drop.

a 10km run burns about 700 calories.
is your carrying CDs and 'running around' equal to that even?

erh..i dun really run in terms of running..
say my warehouse is 40m x 20m, say run around 20 times and carry and helping to shift loads of cds boxes/carton (1carton about 25kg)... i think i lost quite some calories today..
and this happened daily for 3 months during the peak period.. i join my warehouse guys to help them out too..

your estimation is obviously wrong since you are still at your current weight range.
its impossible to out-exercise an overeating habit. really.
