  today i went to a mamashop at the durian

  saw a packet of cheezels, grabbed the packet, flipped it over and saw "500 kcal per serving" OMG

  anyway today's makan for me was tuna sandwich + ham n cheese sandwich + 2 bottles soft drinks.

  i dunno if i can have supper later or not
