Grrr.... when I was performing my evening prayers, my left calf flared up violently while I was bowing and prostrating.... it's still aching now....
As a result, I couldn't run again, and I did pushups and Pilates instead....
Shucks man..... the dress shoes I wore last week must have damaged my legs more than I thought.... first my shins, and now my calf....

I agree he's doing a good job about the food served at school and letting newbies work at his restaurants but he can come across as trying to impose this healthy and real food diet on everyone....whilst it's not a bad thing but there are times where i just wanna eat some convenient and unhealthy food...

kids love fast food...the thing is parents should just let them have it once in awhile , it's not neccessary to completely take fast food out of it...

actually, when i was in international school, our school lunches matched those you could get in public schools in N.A also. only, mine is not a public school >.<

in pluto lunch in school was a very sad thing .....
there were dollar pizzas, DQ, A&W, some sandwich, salad and soup bars and that's about it .....
I packed my own stuff most days ........
